These Terms govern your use of Swipey AI at docwest.co.uk. By using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The service contains adult material; see the Responsible Use & 18+ Policy .

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Swipey AI to break the law, to harass others, to attempt to generate content involving anyone who is not a consenting adult, to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or to scrape it at scale. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content and characters

Characters are generated by software and are fictional, as set out in our compliance statement . You are responsible for the prompts you write within the limits above.

Intellectual property

The site, its software, branding and the material we publish are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not copy, resell or build a competing product from it.

Payments

Paid features are billed as described at purchase. Where required by law you may have cancellation or refund rights; contact [email protected] .

Disclaimers and liability
